Technology, not Lokpal, will curb corruption

According to my view, Janlokpal bill may not be very effective in curbing the corruption more than 45% due to various reasons. However, I hereby as below suggest the following ways to curb the same by 90%:
What is corruption/black money: It is the movement of money, which is not in proportionate with
the actual earning of the person/people. Hence we must curb this movement of money effectively
without the enforcement of any law, as law can be manipulated/misused.
So , at first permit every person in India to open only one account in any Indian bank in his favour. No other account must be allowed. Let all transactions be routed though his single account. For his company, he can open one extra account, whose transaction also be routed through his company’s account for his business only. Allow the persons to deal in cash not more than Rs. 4000/-, which would cover his daily expenses. Expenses more than Rs. 4000/ must be routed through the bank only. Withdraw all notes more than Rs. 100, as one may not require thereafter.
All the transaction charges by the bank must be refunded from the income tax by the Govt. All cheques not more than Rs. One Lakh must be credited at the same time to the beneficiary. In case, the cheques get bounced, the Govt. must take the responsibility to book the person, and put him behind bars, or pay the amount with penalty. So this way, nobody would be able to generate black money/corruption, because he cannot deal with more than Rs. 4000/; because he has to route this through his only same account. Any huge discrepancy can easily be detected by the Bank manager, and the same can be informed to Income tax/Govt or any appointed organization.
Other details can be discussed. Limit of amount in cash can also be altered .For this, Govt.must network all types of banks in India including coop. banks (urban and rural).
The expenditure to be incurred in networking must be borne by the Govt. In this formula, the job opportunity would also be huge ,for the younger generation.
I think, with the above method, we can even challenge the persons to do corruption, if he wishes. But he wouldn’t be able to do.
I have only suggested the way to curb the subject, if willingness is there.

ARE YOU CORRUPT……………?

Prompt reply would be a big NO. Hence, everybody thinks that he himself is not corrupt, but the fact is that corruption exists in society. Society suffering from this act asks to eradicate it from it’s root. However, where does the root exists…?

Please be honest to yourself….

In earlier days the basic needs of the people were limited. They were able to maintain their living in a reasonable manner within their earning capacity. There were no extra lavish expenditures. As the time passed…developed countries invented many gadgets to increase the GDP of their own country and also to drag the life of the people not limited to Roti-Kapada-Makaan….but to a fast lifestyle. This style like (I am starting from say 1970s) TV, Fridge, Cars, AC journey, foreign tours, heavy jewellery, high wedding, costly mobiles, etc.,etc……added heavy burden on the common man. People with wealth easily adopted this. Slowly, common man also desired to have all these and hence, invented to earn extra money through a disease commonly known as corruption.

Here, I need not define corruption. Let us understand that the giver and the taker both are equal contributors towards corruption. “Taali ek haath se nahin pittee!”. I would say that a self-determined person can resist this if he understands that he can enjoy his lovely life within his earning capacity, provided he takes his family into confidence and argue them not to look at others lifestyle, but have pride in their own.

It must be understood that hardworking, intelligent can always enjoy very lavish lifestyle without kissing corruption. Common man should concentrate on his family; provide better education in order to come out with flying colours, etc., etc. He should not think to accumulate money for generations to come, not think high wedding (corrupt money is usually spent on such occasions). Corruption would get eradicated if person himself judges his capacity to earn, get trained to adjust within that, not looking at others’ lifestyle. He should not mind if he wears chappal and others wear Reebok….one can have fun in it’s own way in both…………can you?

So, in short, corruption would remain a part of the society depending on the determination of the persons involved.

GDP

How many persons in India actually understand the meaning of GDP.?

Our dear finance minister hence must not talk about the GDP TO PLAY IN THE STOCK MARKET
for the benefit of very few people in India; but must talk how many poor people in this country are not getting proper food, shelter and education. OUR GDP IS ZERO, if such things exist. Our FM takes the credit of good reserves in INDIA, very healthy financial position, then IF SO, he should have enough courage to reduce the fuel charges to help poor people................................... to be continued.
